  4. Hiring Analytics Dashboard – Real-time metrics on time-to-hire, candidate pipeline health, and recruiter workload for data-driven decision-making.
  5. Continuous AI Model Training – Regularly refining the AI scoring system using hiring outcomes, so recommendations get more accurate over time.
